- Don't know where you're getting your information but you need to do a little research before posting your trash talk. The iPhone 3 had antenna problems in less than 1% of their phones but the media made it sound like it was in every phone. The iPhone 4 has had virtually ZERO problems.

- Here's the heart of the matter: Alabama will be treated more harshly because they are a repeat offender. If the program had not been involved with significant violations in the recent past, this would not have resulted in punishment this severe.
